How do I enter?
Head to our Award Force Portal by clicking on the tab "ENTER NOW" or "LOGIN" and start a coffee entry by following the prompts.
How do I attend?
Simply purchase a ticket online to attend. It is $550 for all days or $200 per day. If you enter your coffee, six entries will get you a free ticket!
Can I enter more than one coffee per category?
Yes! You can enter up to 10 coffees per category.
Who will judge my coffee?
The Golden Bean is a unique format where coffees are peer-judged by calibrated judges overseen by Category judges supervising the competition.
Will there be an awards night?
Yes! There will be an awards night to announce the winners of all categories plus Overall Champions.
How do I get my medal?
Medals and Trophies will be awarded online on the Golden Bean website and social media. Trophies and Medals will be sent out to roasters within 30 days.
But the quickest way to get your medal is to attend the Awards Ceremony.
What is the packing slip?
Once you have submitted and paid for your entries, the MY ENTRIES page will display a PRINT PACKING SLIP download button. Please print each individual packing slip and attach it to your designated coffee, then we are able to scan the barcode and mark your coffee as received.
When should I send my coffee in and where to?
Coffee entries must be delivered Friday 3rd October 2025.
