Earlier this month, a powerful earthquake struck western Colombia, affecting communities across Chocó, the Coffee Region and Valle del Cauca. For an industry built on relationships with farmers, producers, exporters and coffee communities around the world, moments like this remind us just how connected we really are.
We’re keeping everyone affected in our hearts and minds.
And as we think about Colombia, we’re also thinking about all of the people around the world who make the coffees we love possible.

This year at Golden Bean The Americas in Denver, we’re expanding that connection through the Green Bean Zone — three full days where green coffee suppliers and roasters can meet, taste coffee together, talk about origin, processing and flavor, and build relationships face-to-face.
For suppliers, it’s a particularly unique opportunity: a front-row seat to the palates and preferences of North American roasters as hundreds of coffees are tasted and evaluated throughout Golden Bean.
